This Excel spreadsheet has been developed to help Rally Officers complete the rally return.
Just click the following link and save the spreadsheet file to your local hard disk. Do not try and open it from the current location as you will be prompted for a username and password.
The latest version of this file is 2.3 and was updated November 2008 to reflect the VAT change to 15%.
