Enclosed is the information you require for running you rallies this coming year.

Plaques to be supplied as last year  by www.wharfedaleandbowies.co.uk at a new price of 42p per plaque or a minimum order price of £12-89(approx. 31 plaques) per standard A shape plaque. Look on their web site price list for different shape plaques.

There is an order form on the link to site above but please don't use the .pdf type form.

VAT has now returned to 17.5% for 2010 & is reflected in the Rally Return Accounts form which I have attached & which can be found on the internet at Willy's earliest cnvenience(thanks!).

The surplus is still at 33p per night & administration as per form at £8.

Could I please ask you all to return Accounts form, all receipts & cheques without exception to me via post & at the same time. This will alleviate the need for me to chase receipts & revisit rally returns at a later date. If you have any difficulty with this method, please discuss it with me, as indeed any other queries.

To new Rally Officers, if you have any queries with rally prices or returns, etc. I will be only too pleased to assist you in this matter.
