PLEASE COME AND JOIN US AT THIS POPULAR VENUE @ THE CANBERRA CLUB INSIDE BAE SYSTEMS. WE ARE PLANNING A WEEKEND OF FUN AND ENTERTAINMENT SUITABLE FOR ALL WITH A FEW STALLS REPRESENTING FAVOURITE GAMES AND “ALL THE FUN OF THE FAIR”. UNFORTUNATELY, WE WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE SOCIAL CLUB DUE TO PRE ARRANGED EVENTS BUT HOPEFULLY THE WEATHER WILL BE KIND AND ALL ACTIVITIES WILL BE ON THE FIELD. THE VENUE IS WELL SITUATED WITH CLITHEROE IS 12 MILES, SKIPTON 30 MILES, PRESTON 6 MILES AND BLACKPOOL 22 MILES. DIRECTIONS – Samlesbury aerodrome, Balderstone, BB2 7LF. At junction 31, take the A59 exit to Preston (C)/Blackburn (N)/Clitheroe Turn right and take the A59 Preston new road signposted Clitheroe, in approximately 1 ½ miles follow the A59 bearing left towards Clitheroe, in just over a mile the venue will be on the right.
