M27 AEY As required by Rule 6(c) Governing Centers, nominations for Executive Office or Committee signed by the nominee must be sent in writing to the Centre Secretary no later than fourteen days prior to the meeting Only members and family members who have registered their South Lancashire Centre memberships with the Caravan and Motorhome Club at least 35 days prior to the meeting are allowed to speak or vote, although the Club Constitution does not forbid the admission of partners and other persons of registered member families. To All Members of the South Lancashire Centre Caravan and Motorhome Club. Ref AGM October 2026 Dear Member, The Chairman and Committee have made the decision to go back to the old format of having a meeting only, not a rally. Therefore the next AGM of the South Lancashire Centre will now take place on Sunday 11 th October 2026, starting at 2pm prompt the venue will be:- Swinton Masonic Hall, Hospital Road, Pendlebury, Swinton, M27 4EY. Unlimited tea and coffee will be available when you arrive. The venue is easy to get to and has ample parking spaces. We hope that this decision will mean that more members will be able to attend as we do need all your support as the Club goes into its Diamond Jubilee year and we hope to celebrate this in style but we do need all your support. It would also be nice to see some new faces on the Committee with lots of new ideas, please do not forget to be able to be nominated for a please on the committee or have a vote you do need to be a member of the South Lancashire Centre, which you need to renew every year with your main membership.
